ABOUT MM NORTH DALLAS, TX

Marathon Makeover is a 40-week, marathon-training, wellness program and is helping ordinary people do the extraordinary — train for and finish a marathon! Now, we are ready to transform the couch potatoes of North Dallas.

Under the leadership of Team Leader Jason Bahamundi, you will receive the care and direction of a seasoned runner who still remembers what it is like to finish that first mile. You will experience the enthusiastic, supportive leadership that will get you up and moving toward the goal of finishing a half or full marathon.


WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE

Each participant will receive the following:
•40 weeks of training on Saturday mornings
•Access to the Marathon Makeover Website
•A team T-shirt/running jersey
•The Marathon Makeover Participants Guide
•The Marathon Makeover Stretching & Strength Training DVD

2011 PROGRAM KICKOFF

Marathon Makeover of North Dallas will kick off on January 15th at 10am with an informational meeting at the Coppell Family YMCA at 146 Town Center Blvd.

At this meeting you will learn about the Marathon Makeover program, have your questions answered, and get instructions on getting started.

Upon registration, your area Team Leader will contact you and inform you as the meeting location in your area.
